தெ 06 தென்னாடு சைவத்தின் தலைமைப்பீடமான இலங்கையின் முதலாவது இந்துக் கல்லூரி (05ஆம் பக்கத் தொடர்ச்சி) 1956இல் விடுதிக்கான உணவு மண்டபம் உருவானது. 1960இல் கல்லூரி மண்டபம் குமாரசாமி மண்டபம் எனப் பெயர் மாற்றப்பட்டதுடன் அதனை விரிவாக்கும் முயற்சிகள் தொடங்கின. 1963இல் வடபகுதியில் புதிய வகுப்பறைகள் கட்டப்பட்டன. 1964இல் புதிய நிர்வாகக் கட்டிடம் நிறைவடைந்ததைத் தொடர்ந்து காங்கேசன்துறை வீதி வாசல் மூடப்பட்டுக் கல்லூரி வீதி வாசல் திறக்கப்பட்டது. நிர்வாகக் கட்டிடத்துக்கு அதிபர் சி.சபாரத்தினத்தின் பெயர் சூட்டப்பட்டது. விடுதிச் சாலையுடன் இணைத்து உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கட்டிடத்தில் அதிபர் இ. சபாலிங்கம் நினைவுக் கலையரங்கம் 2015இல் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. பாடசாலை விடுதி 1891இல் தொடங்கப்படபோதும் சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் தொடர முடியவில்லை. 1910இல் விடுதிச்சாலை மீண்டும் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 1990-2008 காலப்பகுதியில் போர்ச்சூழல் காரணமாக விடுதி இயங்கவில்லை. 2011இல் விடுதியின் நூற்றாண்டு விழா கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. போர்க்காலத்தில் பல இழப்புக்களைக் கல்லூரி சந்தித்தது. 1989 தை மாதத்தில் ஆசிரியர் ஒருவர் பாடசாலைக்குள் வைத்துச் சுட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டார். பாடசாலை செல் தாக்குதல்களுக்கும் இலக்கானது. அகதிகள் பாடசாலைக்குள் சாவடைந்தனர். 1995இல் பாடசாலை இடம்பெயர்ந்து தற்காலிகமாகத் தென்மராட்சியில் இயங்கியது. 1996இல் மீண்டுவந்தபோதிலும் இடைக் காலத்தில் பெருமளவு ஆவணங்கள், சொத்துக்கள் இழக்கப்பட்டன. காலத்துக்குக் காலம் பல பெருமக்கள் எம் கல்லூரிக்கு வருகை தந்துள்ளனர். 1897.01.24 சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர் பாடசாலைக்கு வருகை தந்து வேதாந்தம் பற்றிச் சொற்பொழிவாற்றினார். 1906-06-04 அன்று கலாயோகி ஆனந்தகுமாரசாமி வருகை தந்து மாணவர்கள் தேவாரத்தைக் கற்பதற்கும் பண்ணுடன் பாடுவதற்கும் உதவும் முகமாக 5,000 ரூபா நன்கொடையும் வழங்கிச் சென்றார். 1927-11-27 மகாத்மா காந்தி வருகைதந்து உரையாற்றி னார். 2012-01-23 அப்துல் கலாம் வருகைதந்து Ceylon Government Gazette Published by Ruthority. The first election of directors shall be held at the first annual general meeting to be helden under this constitutions in article 9bereof provided, and at the said election the directom, then forming section A shall retire from oos, but shall be eligible for re-election. The directors then forming section B and C shall elect directors (not exceeding ten in number) to form section & of the directorate body for the period of three years next onuing. The second and third election of directors shall in like manner be held at the second and third annual general meetings respectively which shall be bolden under this constitution, the directors then forming section Bretiring at the second, and those forming section at the third annual general meeting, but in each case being eligible for ra election and this rotation of retirement of each of the three sections successively, with hike eligibility for re-election, shall be observed in the elections to be bolden in each successive year thereafter. 7. At each such election every one who is a Hindu by religion and who shall then be resident in the peninsula of Jaffna and willing to interest himself in the working of the college shall be eligible for election as a director; but no person convicted of any infamous crime shall be eligible as a director. 8. A director shall vacate his office by death or resignation. Whenever any such vacancy shall occur, the directors may elset as substitute for such director in the section to which he belonged any person who, under the requirements of article 7 would be eligible to be elected as a director at an annual general meeting, and such substitute shall be and oileiate as a director until the section into which he shall be so elected shall a vacate his office in any manner before me, or he himself shall mentioned. 9. The annual general meeting of the board of directors shall be beld at such time shortly after the close of each collegiate year, when directors for the time being shall determine, notice whereof in writing shall be posted or given by the secretary to each director seven daya previously thereto; and at each auch meeting shall be presented by th | the secretary a full report of the operations and condition of the insti tution, and by the treasurer a statement of accounts, properly audited by the auditor, showing all money received and disbursed during the year then lately ended. = 10, A menting of the bourd ot director shali bo beld nt long ence in every year upon such date or dates and at such place or places as the board of directors shall from time to time determine, and at each other timessa on the requisition in writing of five directors of of the standing committee (as in article 17 provided) shall be by the secretary notified to each director. 11. The officers of the board of directors shall consist of a president, vice-preidamt, auditory, trownrar, secretary, and m sistant secretary, each of whom shall be elected out of the body of directors by the members of the board present at the meeting of directors held immediately after the election of a new section of the board as provided in article 6, and shall continue to hold ofice until the close of the annual general meeting, which shall be held சாற்றும் வகையில் பிரமாண்டமாகக் கொண்டாடப் படுகிறது. 1905-01-09 அன்று பழைய மாணவர் சங்கம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. 1910இல் கொழும்புப் பழைய மாணவர் சங்கக் கிளை உருவானது. 1987இல் ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்திலும் 1990களின் ஆரம்பத்தில் கனடாவிலும் பழைய மாணவர் சங்கங்கள் உருவாகின. அவுஸ்திரேலியாவில் 1990இல் மெல்பேணிலும் 1994இல் சிட்னியிலும் பழைய மாணவர் சங்கங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டன. பாடசாலையின் சயற்பாடுகளுக்குப் பழைய மாணவர் சங்கங்கள் முக்கிய பங்காற்றி வருகின்றன. கடக நல்லோரை ஆடித் திங்கள், 2021 ஏறத்தாழ 130 வருடகால வரலாறு கொண்ட, இக்கல்லூ ரியில் கல்வி கற்ற மாணவர்கள் உலகெங்கும் பல சாதனைகளைப் புரிந்துவருகின்றனர். ஆண்டுதோறும் பெருமளவு வைத்தியர்களையும் பொறியியலாளர்களையும் இந்துக் கல்லூரி உருவாக்கி வருகிறது. அத்துடன் அறிவியலாளர்கள், சட்டவாளர்கள், நிர்வாகிகள், பேராசிரியர்கள், புவியியலாளர்கள், அரசியல்வாதிகள், போராளிகள், கலைஞர்கள், எழுத்தாளர்கள், சமயத் தலைவர்கள், ஆவணக்காப்பாளர்கள், சமூகத் தலைவர்கள், பேச்சாளர்கள், கவிஞர்கள், விளையாட்டு வீரர்களையும் உருவாக்கிய பெருமை இக்கல்லூரியைச் இவர்கள் தாயகத்திலும் வெளிநாடுகளிலும் பல்வேறு தலைமைப் பதவிகளிலும் பொறுப்பான பதவிகளிலும் இருந்து பணியாற்றி வருகிறார்கள். வைத்தினையும், சைவப் பண்பாட்டினை கட்டிக்காக்க, அழிவில் இருந்து பாதுகாக்க எமது முன்னோர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கல்லூரி என்ற நினைவு தொடரவேண்டும், சைவத் தமிழ் தலைவர்கள் பலர் இங்கிருந்து உருவாகவேண்டும் என்ற அவர்களின் எண்ணங்களை மனதில் நிறுத்தி, கல்லூ ரி ஞானலிங்கேச்சரப் பெருமானையும், ஞானவைரவப் பெருமானையும், மனம், மொழி,மெய்களினாலே வேண்டி வணங்குகின்றோம். மேன்மைகொள் சைவநீதி விளங்குக உலகமெல்லாம். திருச்சிற்றம்பலம் PART IL. - CEYLON OVERNMENT GAKETTE – JAN. 24, 1902 - other estate, movable and immovable, either by purchase, gift, devian, or legacy, to and for the use and benefit of the said college, and of selling, disposing of, or exchanging the Power toll aேnda A.1l uuition for mdhey in the tame of fronl id/ of than io rested in the corporation.
