7வது சைவ மாநாடு இலண்டன் 2004 கொள்ளப் பட்டதாகும். பல்வேறான மன விடும். வாழ்க்கையின் அடிப்படையே நிலைக்குப் பல்வேறான வழிபாட்டு முறை கள் தேவை என்பதும் கூட ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது. நீங்கள் கடவுளிடம் வருகிற வழி எனக்கு ஏற்ற வழியாக இல்லாமல் போகலாம். ஒருவேளை என் னைத் துன்புறுத்தும் வழியாகக் கூட இருக்கலாம். எல்லோருக்கும் ஒரே வழி என்னும் கொள்கை துன்பம் தருவதாகும். அது பொருளற்றது; முழுக்க முழுக்கத் தவிர்க்கப்பட வேண்டியது. உலகில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரே சமயக் கருத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, ஒரே மாதிரியான வழியைப் பின்பற்றினால் உலகம் முழுவதற்கும் துன்பமே வந்து சேரும். அப்போது எல்லாச் சமயங்களும், எல்லாக் கொள்கைகளும் அழிக்கப்பட்டு SWAMI VIVEKANANDA'S ANGER Swami Vivekananda enjoyed the sea voyage back to India, relaxing from his strenuous activities in the West. But his mind was full of ideas regarding his future plan of work in his motherland. There were on the boat, among other passengers, two Christian missionaries who, in the course of a heated discussion with the Swami, lost their tempers and savagely criticized the Hindu religion. The Swami walked to one of them, seized him by the collar, and said menacingly, "If you abuse my religion again, I will throw you overboard." "Let me go, sir", the frightened missionary apologized; "I'll never do it again". Yet you see this occurring every day, and you are quite indifferent. Where is your faith? Where is your patriot- ism? Every day Christian missionaries abuse Hinduism to your face, and yet how many are there amongst you whose blood boils with righteous indignation and who will stand up in its defense?''
